Introducing the RX-compatible Swivelink collection from Tifosi Optics: Marzen, Highwire & Watkins. The exclusive Swivelink technology adapts to any activity. With included removable sport and lifestyle arms, just swivel, switch and repeat! There’s no need to switch between multiple pairs of eyewear. It’s the complete sport optics solution for the active lifestyle. We took the Tifosi Optics Watkins for a spin – running, walking, cycling, and driving.
The Tifosi Optics Watkins utilizes a twisting hinge mechanism to swivel off one pair of arms and switch them with another pair. Each set of arms serves a purpose.
The sport arms have adjustable ear pieces with hydrophilic rubber to achieve a custom fit and a grip that ensures that your glasses won’t slip when you sweat.
The lifestyle arms are fashion-focused to coordinate with your look wherever life takes you.
See the video below for the simple arm change instructions:
The Tifosi Optics Watkins is made of Grilamid TR-90, a homopolyamide nylon characterized by an extremely high alternative bending strength, low density, and high resistance to chemical and UV damage. The hydrophilic rubber ear and nose pieces provide a no-slip fit and includes a Brown Polarized lens.

Personally, the Watkins model is designed to look more of a lifestyle pair of sunglasses than for sports. That’s also where it ends as it performs just as well (I’ve tried both arms) for running and cycling. For walking and driving, both arms also work well and it’s a matter of personal taste. Obviously the sports arms is preferred for the active athlete but for the casual runner or cyclist, the lifestyle arms will work just as well.
The Watkins is also one of the few models that fits my face well especially with a standard nose piece and a frame that keeps clear of my cheeks. Didn’t need to buy additional accessories!
I’m a little biased here on the next observation as I’ve been spoiled by Tifosi Optics interchangeable lenses on their other sports models. I wished I have more than just the Brown Polarized lens as it’s a little hard reading the screen on your smartphone with a polarized lens…
