SLS3 FXC compression sleeves boost blood flow by about 34%. This increases oxygen delivery to the working muscles to enhance their performance. The circulation improvements also help the body eliminate metabolic waste products like lactic acid more easily. The combination of these effects allows you to work longer and harder, delaying the onset of fatigue.
Regulars readers of Wear Tested Gear Review knows that I’m a fanatic when it comes to compression apparel. I truly believe that is what allows me to train and compete with minimal recovery time, muscle pain, and soreness. I’ve recently wear tested Recofit Shin Splint Therapy sleeves, Altra Interval sleeves, Zensah wool sleeves, CompresSport compression gear, and many more.
SLS3 FXC compression sleeves are recommended for running, cycling, walking, triathlon, skiing, traveling and lots of other activities. The supportive effect and compression of SLS3 FXC compression sleeves reduce muscle vibration drastically, which leads to less soft tissue damage and less sore muscles. Your recovery time will be significantly reduced.
- 20-30 mmHG of graduated compression
- Seamless TekWeb technology
- Muscle Stability
- Increased Bloodflow
- Cooling effect and UV protection
I wear the SLS3 compression sleeves for both running and cycling. Based on all the compression calf sleeves I have tested over the years, the SLS3 FXC is a cross between CompresSport and Altra Interval in terms of feel and usability – easier to put on than CompresSport but less tightness. Performance is about the same as other brands. What makes the SLS3 FXC stands out most are the bright neon colors available – you will be seen both in low light & bright light and this is great for cycling! You’ll easily find a color to coordinate with your running outfits or bicycles.
